Desiree specializes in individual and trust taxation. She has over 18 years of experience working with high net worth and self-employed individuals and is proficient in handling the tax implications of alternative investments.

One of Desiree’s unique specialties is partnering with outside investment & financial advisors to bring a thorough, tax-efficient and comprehensive retirement or life planning solution to clients. She has also become a valuable resource for clients going through a divorce and is well known for her extensive knowledge and experience in tax analysis as an expert witness in divorce proceedings.

Desiree graduated summa cum laude with a degree in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. She volunteers her time with the VSCPA’s Tax Advisory Committee. Outside of work, she loves every minute she spends with her twin daughters and really enjoys traveling with the family.
